The Atomic Swindlers' add their
3rd DEMO tune to the top 20 at Sirius.
The Atomic Swindlers' just had their 3rd DEMO
hit the top 20 at the powerhouse ultra-cool,
trend setting powerhouse satellite radio station,
Sirius. That right.....third demo. The Atomic
Swindlers' newly recorded song, "It's Over" just
went into the nationwide top 20 list at Sirius
OutQ satellite radio. In the past few months the
Atomic Swindlers have had three new tunes in the
national top 20 at Sirius OutQ radio. The first
new tune to hit the top 20, "Into the Strange" was
on the top 20 chart for 5 weeks. "Lotus Ghost" followed
up and was in the top 20 for 8 weeks in a row.
The third tune to hit the charts, the Beatlesque
sounding "It's Over" just went top 20
this week. What makes this accomplishment even
more special is the fact that all three songs
were just rough demos recorded in the early phases
of the work on the band's new CD. The fab DJ's
at Sirius and their listeners obviously think
there's something special about these new "demo" tunes.

The Atomic Swindlers’ new single, “Intergalactic
Lesbian Love Song” will premiere
on the BBC. The song will be featured on one
of the world’s most popular radio
shows, the BBC Music6 Breakfast Show with
DJ Phill Jupitus. Airplay on the BBC is highly
coveted and the competition for it is fierce.
Major labels fight tooth and nail to get their
acts played on this trend setting station.
It is a great rarity for an unsigned underground
American band and the coolest of honors.

Paste Magazine, one of the fastest growing
independently published music magazines in the
country (and one of the coolest) will be offering
to its readers the Atomic Swindlers' video, "Float
(my electric stargirl)" on a DVD sampler
to be included with its August 2006 issue. The
Atomic Swindlers will be joining the ranks of
artists such as the Pixies, Al Green, Patty
Griffin, Son Volt, and Iron and Wine who will
also be featured on the DVD.

its readers how they were able to record such
a beautifully sounding CD without major label
support, world class engineers, producers or

Marsh remixes the Atomic Swindlers
Julian Marsh, a legendary figure in the DJ/Remix
world whose resume includes a Grammy nomination
for his work with Boy George recently got
